Sir,
With reference to your letter No.D.430 of
the 18th April, 1922, I am directed to forward herewith an
amended plan to accompany the Memorandum of Exchange of Land at the Naval Armament Depot and to express the regret
of this Goverment that the wrong plans were forwarded to
you previously.
The plan illustrating Hongkong Ordinance No.
17 of 1921 is the correct one and a copy is enclosed here-
with for retention by the Commodore.
